These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the P-Polls mobile application ("App") owned and operated by Smart Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
1.2. Purpose: The App is designed for collecting, sharing, and analyzing election-related data, including polling data, voter statistics, and election trends. The data provided is for informational purposes only.
1.3. Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
2.1. User Data: By using the App, you may submit data, including but not limited to polling results, voter demographics, and related election data ("User Data"). You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy, legality, and ownership of any data submitted.
2.2. Data Storage: The App may collect and store personal data, including geolocation data, voter preferences, and polling trends. This data will be stored securely in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
2.3. Data Sharing: P-Polls may share aggregated, anonymized data with third parties for research, analysis, and public reporting purposes. Individual User Data will not be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.

4.4.User Consent: You will be prompted to accept the Terms and Conditions when downloading and launching the app on your Android device.
5.1. No Warranty: The App is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data collected or displayed by the App.
5.2. Election Outcomes: The data collected through the App is for informational purposes only and is not intended to influence, predict, or guarantee election outcomes.
5.3. Third-Party Links: The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content or services.
6.1. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
6.2. Limitation of Damages: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.1. Termination by You: You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account by following the instructions provided in the App.
7.2. Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted as in-app notification or email, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Republic of Georgia.
